1. Any cancellation of order after confirmation will be subjected to a surcharge of 50% of the confirm ed order.
2.There will be a minimum charge of RM20 per destination for any re-direct or re-sent of product.
Delivery Schedule
- Any order received before 12:30pm from Monday to Saturday, the delivery will be made on the same working day.
- Any order received after 12:30pm from Monday to Saturday, it will depend on our operation availability, we will try to arrange for same day delivery, but if it’s a busy day, the delivery will be made on the following day.
- Please order 2 days in advance for delivery on Sunday.
*We strongly encourage all orders to be 2 days prior to the delivery date to ensure freshness of flowers and timely delivery.

Order for Wreaths / Sympathy Flower
The time and date of the funeral (when the deceased will be taken out for burial) MUST be stated clearly in your order and the flower are delivered only after the funeral. We are not responsible to make any refund or accept any cancellation order.
Sunday and National Public Holidays
special arrangement must be made to accommodate orders for delivery on Sunday and Public holidays. As such orders must made 2 days in advance. In the event that such special arrangements are not possible, the delivery will have to be made the day before or the day after the requested date.
Festival Season
Please order at least 2 days in advance to guarantee the availability of stock for peak festive seasons delivery like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year. There will be a price increase for roses 7 days before Valentine’s Day (8 Fed to 14 Feb). Roses deliveries during this period will be based on the new price, regardless of order placed before the price change.
Unavailability of Product
Flower and items shown are subjected to stock availability. We reserve the right to substitute your order with another item which is equal or higher value under such circumstances.
